TeLisa manages life insurance new business for Optimus Life Designs. She coordinates applications and medical requirements with our carrier partners. Acting as a liaison between agencies and carrier partners, TeLisa oversees prompt and accurate insurance submissions. She tracks applications through to approval as quickly as possible.
TeLisa is also over the scheduling services for our Producers. Scheduling of appointments with prospective agents and clients to generate new business. She brings extensive experience in operations management, accounting, and customer service from a variety of fields, including education and retail.
