As Director of Case Design, Jennifer manages and prioritizes incoming case requests, working closely with Bryan Setzler, CEO to ensure delivery of the most competitive life insurance case designs in the industry.
Jennifer joined Premier Planning Group in 2020 as a Case Coordinator to assist with new business and post-issue policy processing. While in this role, she saw an opportunity to help bridge a gap and operated as a liaison between internal teams and advisors to help deliver concierge-level service and was promoted to Advisor Relationship Manager in 2022. While serving in her previous roles, Jennifer became increasingly interested in the intricacies of case design. She was proactive in seeing opportunities to deepen her knowledge, collaborating closely with Vice-President of Sales, Tom Williams, and CEO, Bryan Setzler.
