Bryan graduated Magna Cum Laude from Lenoir-Rhyne University in 1989 with dual degrees in International Business and Economics with Honors. He embarked on a career in life insurance and financial planning just before graduating. Over the last 34 years, he has collaborated with clients on their wealth management and estate plans. Bryan contributed to the life product task forces of several carriers, enhancing product competitiveness and design. His life insurance plan design focus has resulted in success as a top producer for many insurance companies over the years, including Ameritas Life, Penn Mutual, and Pacific Life.
In 2017, Bryan began crafting and distributing exclusive plan designs through independent advisors nationwide. Today, OPTIMUS Life Designs® has grown into the country’s largest life insurance plan design firm, with offices in Hickory, NC, Minneapolis, MN and Savannah, GA. This growth is propelled by utilizing proprietary plan design and client presentation technology. In 2023, OPTIMUS Producer Partners, led by Louie Hillman, was added to focus on advisor development through comprehensive training in products and solutions.
